Power Temp Systems, Inc. offers both Fused & Non-Fused Safety / Disconnect switches that are designed to provide an additional safety between the power source and the load. These switches are lightweight and compact which make them ideal for the concert, sound and lighting industry, in addition to various portable power applications.
These switches are available in several sizes (100 Amp thru 800 Amp) and voltages (240 Volt thru 600 volt) ratings as Fused or Non-Fused units, and can be configured with various input and output connectors. The Non-Fused Safety / Disconnect switch models feature Square D molded case circuit breakers with thermal magnetic trip mechanisms
Standard features include an exclusive designed steel stackable mounting stand with a durable polyester powder coat finish (OSHA Safety Red) with pneumatic tires, wheels, handles, and a center point lifting bracket for complete mobility.
These switches are built and rated as “NEMA Type 3R Weatherproof for Outdoor Use”, however they can be configured for “NEMA Type 1 Indoor Use Only” upon request. To meet special requirements or applications custom configurations are available.
